Say hello to the Lady Charmers.

Jim McDaniel, Mark Pearce and I (Tom Swander) started the Lady Charmers in August of 2005. We held tryouts at the YRC Fields in Xenia, OH and had about 30-35 girls tryout. We had 12 girls on our original 14 and under team and we started playing almost immediately in the Beavercreek Fall League. We worked out all winter of 2005-2006 and we started the 2006 season in Cincinnati, OH. We played in 5 tournaments our first year and qualified for the 14U World Series in Orlando, FL. In 2007 we expanded our program to include a 16U team, with excellent results. In 2008, only our third year in operation, our 16U team not only qualified for the 16U World Series in Columbus, IN but we finished 5th in that tournament. We have already qualified for the 2010 World Series.

Also in 2008, we expanded our organization once again. We started an 18U team, with an new head coach but with several members of our 16U team moving up to play in a very difficult age bracket. We are looking forward to the 2010 season with three teams competing in 7 tournaments each and World Series tournaments in all three age divisions.

Our teams are currently coached by , Mark Sewell, Randy Johnson and Danny McGee 15U; Tom Swander, Jim McDaniel, Chad Hoke and Amy Jones-16U;  Mike Anderson and Dave Jones-23U.
